Help! I've lost my BarNet password.

No panic! There are a couple of ways to get it changed:

  • Ask your clerk to change it at the User Provisioning System (http://service.barnet.com.au/).
  • Send an email to info@barnet.com.au with a request to change it. Please specify your username and telephone number so we can inform you about the new password. Make sure you have your red BarNet card with you, so we can ask you a question about one of the fields on it to authenticate that it's really you.
    If you don't have your red BarNet card with you, please ask your clerk to change it.
After the change, it can take up to 15 minutes to get it synchronized through all servers.
