How can I get a DeskFax number?

Go to the DeskFax website (http://deskfax.barnet.com.au) and fill in the Request a number form. The BarNet support group will pick this up and assign a number to you. The first fax you receive on it will be a confirmation that the request is handled.

Can I retrieve a fax which I received in the past?

Yes, you can retrieve all your faxes via theDeskFax website (http://deskfax.barnet.com.au), at the option View My Faxes. You have to login with your BarNet userid and password to authenticate yourself.

How can I get an SMS alert when I have received a fax?

Go to the User Provisioning System (http://service.barnet.com.au/), login with your BarNet userid and select Personal Details and Messaging. There you can enter your mobile number, don't forget to tick the Mobile and SMS boxes.

How can I forward faxes to an other email address?

Go to the User Provisioning System (http://service.barnet.com.au/), login with your BarNet userid and select Personal Details and Messaging. There you can enter a new delivery address.
